About the role

Join Altisource, a NASDAQ‑listed leader in mortgage and real‑estate technology, and work directly with executive leadership to support financial strategies across business lines. You will play a key part in the settlement process for REO and originations, ensuring smooth closings and positive customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with borrowers, selling agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing objections professionally.
• Schedule closings, coordinate with buyers, lenders, and notaries.
• Prepare HUD and CD documents, balance with lenders, and track closing deadlines.
• Review title commitments, tax statements, HOA and lien payoffs, and assemble closing packages.
• Apply disbursement and funding knowledge to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the closing process.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in REO settlement or originations.
• Detailed knowledge of REO settlement functions and state‑level closing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet SLA targets.
• Experience working with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
