Associate / Senior Associate – Political Consulting

About the role

We are seeking motivated Associates and Senior Associates to join our political consulting team. You will work on high‑impact election campaigns, collaborating with senior strategists and client parties to design and execute winning strategies. The role offers extensive exposure to political leaders across constituency, district, state and national levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine political and campaign strategies for client parties.
• Plan, coordinate and manage end‑to‑end execution of campaign initiatives.
• Engage with campaign teams, political leaders and organizers at various administrative levels.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure confidentiality throughout the campaign.
• Provide continuous reporting, analysis and insights on campaign performance.
• Contribute ideas and oversee rollout of campaign initiatives.

Required profile

• Intelligent, passionate and self‑driven professional with a clear understanding of consulting.
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with evening, weekend and travel commitments.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Imphal, Guwahati or other North‑Eastern states and interact with multiple stakeholders.
