Associate Relationship Manager – Joint Liability Groups (JLG)

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – JLG deepens relationships with banking customers, supports the Relationship Manager in prospecting, and helps create and manage Joint Liability Groups from formation through disbursement and collection. The role focuses on client acquisition, household‑level relationship building, and maximizing lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Map household needs in assigned villages and manage zoning activities.
• Conduct post‑disbursement end‑user checks and achieve monthly and annual group loan booking targets.
• Assess client needs, generate cross‑sell opportunities, and drive new account openings.
• Meet individual and branch sales goals through new business, referrals, and retention.
• Maintain high collection efficiency and ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Coordinate with operations for timely data entry and compliance with bank policies.
• Perform field audits, customer verifications, and gather market intelligence.
• Recommend process improvements and support livelihood and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
