Associate - Public Relations

About the role

Weber Shandwick is seeking an Associate to support its Public Relations practice. The role will work on client projects, helping to develop and execute communication strategies that deliver measurable impact for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support client projects from briefing through execution.
• Proactively identify issues, conduct research and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain and optimise internal systems and tools to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare status reports, meeting recaps and other documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Analyse how deliverables influence client objectives and business outcomes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, including research, organisation of findings and clear communication.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, tools and basic agency capabilities.
• Good networking, coordination and organisational skills.
• A flair for writing is an advantage for this content‑driven role.
