Associate Professor / Professor – School of Business

About the role

UPES School of Business is seeking an Associate Professor or Professor to join its faculty. The position is full‑time and tenure‑track, offering the chance to shape undergraduate and graduate programmes in areas such as Accounts & Finance, Economics, Strategy, Business Communication and Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess undergraduate and graduate courses in your field of expertise.
• Conduct high‑quality scholarly research and publish in reputable academic journals.
• Manage academic administration duties, including committee work and programme coordination.
• Mentor and advise students on academic progress and career planning.
• Participate in service activities such as academic leadership initiatives and community outreach.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enrich the curriculum and foster innovation.

Required profile

• Ph.D. from a recognised university.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed subjects with a strong record of research and publications.
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
