Associate Principal Product Manager - Networks

About the role

Celonis is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Product Manager to lead the Networks initiative, a solution that enables secure, plug‑and‑play data sharing between partners, suppliers and customers for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the Networks product, aligning it with broader business goals.
• Partner with engineering to optimise ingestion capabilities and ensure smooth data exchange at scale.
• Collaborate with customers, go‑to‑market teams and engineering to understand and prioritise data‑sharing needs.
• Identify key product features, integration points and use cases based on modern ETL/ELT landscapes.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Networks, championing security protocols and value proposition internally and externally.
• Establish partnerships with ecosystem players to drive innovation and platform adoption.
• Monitor product metrics, adoption and data throughput to guide continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion patterns, protocols and modern ETL/ELT processes.
• Proven ability to shape vision and strategy for complex products and launch them to market.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate complex concepts to C‑level executives.
