Associate – Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is looking for an Associate to help organisations leverage Oracle enterprise technology. You will work on finance, human capital, supply‑chain, analytics and governance projects, enabling clients to achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and demonstrate pilot solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM and related modules based on customer needs.
• Support testing, training and go‑live activities for Oracle HR implementations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least one Oracle HR implementation in India.
• B.Tech, MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
