Associate Manager - BD, Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Manager to lead business development, sales and marketing initiatives for PNG and CNG in the Faridabad region. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, increasing market share and supporting Adani Total Gas’s City Gas Distribution projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for PNG and CNG in the Faridabad region.
• Identify and onboard new domestic and commercial customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial clients and transport sector representatives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Leverage digital tools and platforms to optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the development of pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.
• Ensure alignment of sales activities with the strategic priorities of Adani Total Gas’s City Gas Distribution projects.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the energy or gas distribution sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in domestic and commercial market development and customer acquisition.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
