About the role

We are seeking an Associate to support day‑to‑day operations and assist the team in delivering high‑quality results. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing accurate reports, and providing data‑driven insights to senior members.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks and ensure efficient execution of team activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to maintain smooth workflow.
• Prepare, maintain and update reports, documentation and data entries with high accuracy.
• Analyze data, generate insights and communicate updates to senior team members.
• Assist in project management activities, including planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and standard procedures.
• Respond to client or customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.
