Associate – Internal Audit (GCC Advisory) – Bangalore

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate to join its Internal Audit team within the GCC Advisory practice in Bangalore. You will help design, transform and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit services for clients across industries, leveraging AI, risk technology and specialised delivery models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Support IA function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed services.
• Apply emerging technologies such as GenAI, AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct and DSPy to enhance audit processes.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance experts to address the full spectrum of risks.
• Work across global shifts, including night/EMEA coverage when required.

Required profile

• Strong middle‑office or investment operations background.
• Experience with trade lifecycle, reconciliations and settlements.
• Multi‑asset class knowledge (Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Corporate Actions).
• Ability to work in global shift patterns (night/EMEA).
• Aladdin platform experience is a strong differentiator (not mandatory).
