About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate to join its Internal Audit (IA) Managed Services Advisory team in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering independent, objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls and compliance, while leveraging AI and risk technology to enhance audit delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build, optimise and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit services for clients across industries.
• Support IA function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing and outsourcing initiatives.
• Apply AI‑driven risk technology and innovative delivery models.
• Integrate IA capabilities with cyber, forensics and compliance expertise to address a full spectrum of risks.
• Evaluate compliance with regulations, governance and risk‑management processes.

Required profile

• Strong interest in internal audit, risk management and assurance services.
• Ability to provide independent and objective assessments of financial information and controls.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, governance and risk‑management frameworks.
