Associate – GRE Operations

About the role

The Associate – GRE Operations will support Marketing and Investor Relations by creating high‑quality presentations and marketing materials. This role requires strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, format and enhance pitchbooks, teasers, brochures, flyers and marketing presentations following brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain professional biographies and headshot layouts for the real‑estate team.
• Collaborate with marketing, investment and compliance teams to translate content into effective presentations.
• Ensure all materials meet branding standards, internal policies and regulatory compliance.
• Proofread, quality‑check and manage version control for all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing presentations, graphic design or a similar role.
• Experience working in a compliance‑driven or regulated environment, preferably financial services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Required skills

• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint design and formatting.
• Microsoft Word (mail merge, outline numbering, orientation changes, style updates).
