Associate Full Stack Developer – PEG

About the role

The Associate – PEG (Full Stack Developer) will join Bain Capability Network’s Private Equity Group (PEG) Center of Excellence. Working closely with global Bain consulting teams, you will help build internal tools and deliver technology‑driven solutions for private‑equity diligence and analytics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user‑friendly web applications with a strong emphasis on front‑end experience.
• Create modern interactive interfaces using React (with Vite), Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.
• Build and integrate Node.js back‑end services and APIs, including the ability to launch standalone Node.js applications from scratch.
• Translate design mockups and business requirements into clean, reusable components.
• Collaborate with consultants and case teams to turn business problems into practical web solutions.
• Explore and experiment with emerging front‑end frameworks and technologies.
