Associate Director, Data Analytics & AI – Solution Architect

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as an Associate Director driving data analytics, AI and solution architecture. You will shape enterprise‑wide architectures, enable rapid insight generation and support the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable solution architectures across Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation and AI domains.
• Analyze existing architectures, identify gaps and define target‑state roadmaps for performance, cost efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and architects to ensure seamless integration, governance and adoption of emerging technologies such as GenAI and self‑service analytics.
• Lead agile delivery of reusable technology products, promote DevSecOps, platform automation and modern engineering practices.
• Evaluate financial impact of architectural alternatives and manage technical debt remediation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration and end‑to‑end design across data, application and platform layers.
• Proven leadership in strategic planning, innovation and talent development within regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and articulate architectural rationale.

Required skills

• Data & Analytics platforms, Data Lakehouse architecture, data quality, lineage and cataloging tools.
• Intelligent Automation tools, AI/GenAI technologies, machine‑learning lifecycle and LLMOps.
• Cloud‑native platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, observability, infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF), SAP, ServiceNow, Workday familiarity.
• Knowledge of SDLC, SOX, GxP and data‑privacy regulations.
