Associate Cloud Integration Engineer

About the role

Ensono is seeking an Associate Cloud Integration Engineer to design, build and support ServiceNow‑centric integrations in a hybrid cloud environment. The role works on AWS serverless components and collaborates with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and support ServiceNow‑centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and operate AWS‑based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the integration platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and operational runbooks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and scripted logic.
• Strong understanding of web‑service integration patterns, authentication, and error handling.
• Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues in production environments.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting integration designs and support procedures.
