About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Client Delivery Team focused on Enterprise Compliance. The role involves supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, enhancing compliance processes, and delivering high‑quality project outcomes across domestic engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large domestic compliance projects with limited supervision.
• Support new client acquisition and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging global compliance trends.
• Conduct and manage audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Law graduate (mandatory).
• 0‑3 years of professional experience (as stated) or extensive experience handling compliance projects.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Corporate secretarial and corporate governance expertise.
• Knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and Insider Trading compliance.
• Project handling and audit management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
