Associate Application Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career Salesforce professional to join our global team in Chennai. You will provide production support for Salesforce applications while gaining hands‑on development experience in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve well‑defined production issues in Salesforce applications under guidance.
• Debug using logs, Developer Console, and monitoring tools.
• Contribute to small development tasks such as Apex changes, Flows, and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and perform post‑release verification.
• Follow defined support processes, SLAs, and SOPs.
• Document known issues, fixes, and support procedures.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience with Salesforce development and/or application support.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
• Basic understanding of production support and incident handling.
• Willingness to work across development and support responsibilities.
• Strong learning mindset and effective communication skills.
