Associate Accountant

About the role

Netrix Global is seeking an Associate Accountant who will offer accounting and compliance assistance to accomplish financial and operational program goals. This role involves analyzing accounting data, maintaining financial reports, and ensuring precision of financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to accounting policies.
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Support month‑end close and financial consolidation of affiliated entities.
• Participate in monthly/annual financial close activities.
• Support budget variance analyses.
• Manage regulatory compliance with various government agencies, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Coordinate local banking activities.
• Perform ad‑hoc accounting projects, including UAT and technical accounting analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accountancy.
• Experience with internal audit and SOX requirements.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience as an Accountant.
• Consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience with Sage Intacct ERP is a plus.
