Assistant/Deputy Manager – Inside Sales & Lead Generation

About the role
We are looking for an Assistant/Deputy Manager to drive our Inside Sales and Lead Generation efforts. You will work independently to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers, and support the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume cold calling and cold emailing to generate MQLs and SALs.
- Track and manage opportunities through the sales funnel until closed.
- Plan and execute campaign calendars for assigned verticals, ensuring marketing assets are ready before launch.
- Maintain consistent messaging across WNS offerings and maximize account penetration.
- Develop talking points, killer questions, and win‑result statements for each campaign.
- Research and map target accounts using Google, Hoovers, LinkedIn and other sources.
- Identify economic, user, technical buying influencers and coaches within each account.
- Assist sales and business‑unit leaders in building detailed account plans.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing and lead generation.
- Ability to engage senior executives (Director, VP, CXO) and navigate gatekeepers.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with organizational mapping.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
