Assistant/Deputy Manager – Digital Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Digital Supply Chain Specialist (Customer Service & Logistics Interface) will contribute to a modern, customer‑centric support hub within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. The position blends hands‑on customer support, process execution and digital enablement to ensure high‑quality service across multiple support channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct customer support for supply‑chain related inquiries.
• Execute and monitor end‑to‑end logistics processes.
• Drive digital enablement initiatives using analytics and AI‑driven tools.
• Identify and implement process optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers, support teams, process experts and cross‑functional partners to improve response quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics or Business Administration is preferred.
• 5–9 years of professional experience in customer supply‑chain, logistics or related functions.
• Strong customer‑first mindset, attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement attitude.
