About the role
We are seeking a passionate animal lover to support our shelter’s social media presence. This role combines on‑site animal care with digital storytelling to raise awareness and engage the community.
Key responsibilities
- Be present at the shelter Monday to Saturday, 9 am–5 pm.
- Capture daily activities through photos and videos.
- Document the progress of each animal from admission to discharge.
- Take high‑quality photographs of all animals for online platforms.
- Engage visitors on‑site and respond to online messages and emails.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of key animal‑welfare issues.
- Comfortable around sick or injured animals.
- Tech‑savvy with ability to use digital and media tools.
- Own a functional smartphone.
- Lives nearby for an easy commute.
Required skills
- Photography and videography basics.
- Social media content creation.
