Assistant Reservations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager to support and manage the day‑to‑day reservations function across our portfolio of properties. The role focuses on corporate group bookings, OTA management, property coordination, revenue tracking, lead management and reservation reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end reservations, corporate group enquiries, quotations, rooming plans and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with property teams on arrivals, room allocations, special requests and VIP guests to ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out.
• Oversee OTA channels (MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), maintaining rate and inventory parity and handling modifications and payouts.
• Prepare and analyse revenue, occupancy, lead conversion and cancellation reports for management.
• Monitor incoming leads across all channels, follow up enquiries, and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Handle guest and corporate client communications, special requests and resolve reservation‑related issues.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in hotel or resort reservations, revenue or OTA management.
• Proven ability to handle corporate groups, bulk bookings and coordinate with multiple properties.
• Strong communication, negotiation and ability to work under pressure during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for lead and booking management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management.
