Assistant Project Manager – Planning (Luxury Villas)

About the role

Isprava, a leading developer of luxury homes in non‑urban India, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Planning) to support its high‑end villa and bungalow projects in Goa. The role will focus on coordinating design, engineering, procurement and construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the company’s exacting quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance internal communication and documentation between design managers, construction teams, procurement and other stakeholders.
• Develop, update and maintain realistic project schedules for design, engineering, procurement and construction phases.
• Prepare periodic status reports and weekly snapshots highlighting critical updates, risks and action plans.
• Monitor construction managers for compliance with building codes, safety regulations and productivity targets.
• Lead coordination of internal and external teams, including consultants and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow across functions.
• Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities across design, procurement and construction without compromising quality.
• Support hiring, mentoring, goal setting and performance reviews for the design management team.
• Review and control project budgets, overseeing payments to consultants and vendors.
• Facilitate prompt resolution of site‑related RFIs, especially those concerning design and engineering inputs.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in luxury residential or high‑end real‑estate projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling and construction compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
