Assistant Project Manager – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to lead on‑site execution for a luxury residential development in Anjuna, North Goa. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will own daily site activities, drive contractor performance, and ensure the project stays on schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution from excavation to handover, maintaining approved timelines.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams, ensuring labour, machinery and materials are available.
• Prepare and update execution trackers, progress reports, MIS reports and cost updates.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity tracking, and verification of contractor billing.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, safety compliance checks and snag tracking.
• Escalate issues promptly with proposed solutions and maintain discipline among all parties.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of hands‑on site execution experience in luxury residential or villa projects.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, push contractors aggressively and manage daily execution without supervision.
• Strong ownership, urgency and accountability mindset.

Required skills

• MS Project (MSP) or Primavera for schedule management.
• ERP systems for tracking site activities, billing and progress.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and cost monitoring.
