Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to lead site execution for a luxury residential development in Anjuna, North Goa. You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior team to ensure timelines are met, contractors are managed, and daily execution proceeds without delay.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of a luxury residential project from excavation to handover.
• Coordinate daily site activities, manage contractors, vendors and engineers to keep workflow continuous.
• Prepare and update execution trackers, progress reports, BOQ and scheduling documents.
• Monitor quality, safety and compliance on‑site and drive corrective actions.
• Assist with cost control, material consumption tracking and billing verification.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of hands‑on site execution experience in luxury residential or villa projects.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, push contractors and maintain strict timelines.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• MS Project or Primavera for schedule management.
• ERP systems for activity tracking and billing.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and cost monitoring.
