About the role

UPES Dehradun is seeking dynamic academicians for the position of Assistant Professor in the School of Advanced Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, advancing research, and contributing to academic service.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Develop, update, and maintain course materials and curricula.
Conduct high‑quality research, publish in reputable journals and conferences.
Mentor students, supervise projects, and guide theses.
Participate actively in departmental and institutional activities, including committees and outreach.

Required profile

Strong teaching and communication abilities.
Demonstrated research potential and a collaborative mindset.
Relevant academic qualifications (typically a PhD) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.
