Assistant Product Manager – Filters & Portfolio Goods

About the role

The purpose of this role is to manage and develop the product portfolio and strategy for present and future business growth in the automotive aftermarket.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate product portfolio and execute product life‑cycle management to provide a comprehensive market range.
• Develop new products and services for domestic and export markets to grow market share and improve customer experience.
• Monitor profitability through cost and price measures to ensure business sustainability.
• Liaise with cross‑functional sourcing teams for cost management, material procurement and market requirement fulfilment.
• Drive growth projects within the Automotive Aftermarket division.
• Create and manage product data to support catalogs, packaging, promotional and training content.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years experience in product marketing for automotive aftermarket parts and 2‑3 years in key account/OEM sales.
