About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our travel operations team. The role focuses on managing bookings, ticketing, refunds and exchange policies while ensuring a customer‑first approach in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily travel operations including booking, ticketing, refunds and exchanges.
- Manage a team of travel agents, providing leadership and performance coaching.
- Ensure compliance with airline and GDS policies and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with partners and vendors to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the travel domain.
- Strong understanding of travel operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication, leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑first environment.
