Assistant Manager Training

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Training will lead end‑to‑end training management and content creation for MakeMyTrip’s Hotels business. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Training and based in Gurugram, the role combines learning & development, content development and marketing communication to enable internal teams and partner ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver structured skill‑development programs, role‑based trainings, refresher sessions and continuous learning interventions aligned with business priorities.
• Create high‑impact learning assets such as presentations, facilitator guides, videos, e‑learning modules, job aids and promotional materials.
• Own the end‑to‑end creation of partner‑facing communication assets (emails, flyers, banners, videos, digital creatives) and execute multi‑channel campaigns for product launches and key initiatives.
• Produce learning‑focused communication and marketing collateral including newsletters, launch decks, mailers, FAQs and playbooks to reinforce training programs.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual and hybrid training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and manage internal and external learning communities or social platforms to drive engagement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for large‑scale operations.
• Strong background in developing learning content and communication assets.
• Excellent facilitation skills for classroom, virtual and hybrid formats.
• Ability to manage multi‑channel communication campaigns and learning communities.
