Faculty Positions – MBA Programme (Assistant to Professor)

About the role

KR Mangalam University’s School of Management & Commerce is expanding its MBA faculty team. We are hiring Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors to lead applied‑learning courses and drive real‑world placement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver MBA curriculum in areas such as Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, Analytics, and Strategy.
• Engage students with practical projects, industry collaborations and data‑driven case studies.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary research and pursue funded project opportunities.
• Participate in academic governance and report to the Dean of SOMC.

Required profile

• Relevant doctoral or master’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Demonstrated teaching or industry experience in one or more of the listed specialisations.
• Ability to blend theory with practice and mentor MBA students.

Required skills

• Financial modelling, valuation, FinTech concepts.
• SQL, Python, dashboarding for analytics.
• Digital marketing, data‑analytics and attribution techniques.
