Assistant Manager - Taxation

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Taxation to join our Noida office. The role will support the finance team by managing statutory tax compliance across GST, Income Tax, TDS and Transfer Pricing, ensuring timely and accurate filings for a leading travel management company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing compliances, ensuring accurate statutory filings.
• Review GST notices, assessment orders and audit observations, coordinating responses with internal stakeholders and consultants.
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations, including GST, TDS, tax recoverables and portal balances.
• Coordinate with external consultants on GST litigation, Income Tax assessments, Transfer Pricing matters, tax audits and LTDC applications.
• Review Income Tax returns, GST annual returns, tax computations, deferred tax workings and related accounting entries.
• Handle Form 15CA/CB filings and provide tax advisory support for domestic and cross‑border transactions.
• Support internal and external audits, including ICFR reviews, by supplying tax‑related documentation and explanations.
• Monitor changes in direct and indirect tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.

Required profile

• Semi‑qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) or equivalent with relevant taxation experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST litigation, audits, notices, assessments and annual return filing.
• Sound understanding of Income Tax compliance, TDS provisions, tax audits and assessment proceedings.
• Familiarity with Transfer Pricing regulations is an advantage.
