Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Instawork is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead high‑volume talent acquisition initiatives for its robotics labs and operations teams. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment, drive large hiring campaigns, and mentor a team of HR interns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute large‑scale hiring drives (both virtual and on‑ground).
• Manage bulk hiring for Operations, Customer Support and other frontline roles.
• Lead, train and track performance of HR interns.
• Drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding coordination.
• Design and roll out employee referral bonus programs.
• Leverage AI‑based recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, data and hiring reports for leadership review.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong background in bulk hiring and managing hiring drives, especially for operations or customer support roles.
• Proven experience mentoring HR interns or junior recruiters.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑based recruitment tools (preferred).
