About the role

You will support the efficient operation of the security department at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on safeguarding guests, employees, and assets while ensuring compliance with fire safety and overall security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating hotel safety and security procedures.
• Oversee fire safety measures and ensure readiness of emergency response plans.
• Protect employee welfare and hotel assets through proactive security initiatives.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the security department and meet guest, employee, and owner expectations.

Required profile

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Senior Security Officer in a large operation.
• Strong practical, operational, and administrative abilities.
