Assistant Manager Sales – Reactive

About the role

The Assistant Manager Sales – Reactive supports the sales team in generating and handling new business opportunities. The role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and community networking.
• Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate turnover information to Event Management and support operational aspects of booked business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards to drive loyalty and account growth.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with no prior experience required.
