About the role

The Pricing Coordinator – Trade Promotion Management (TPM) drives end‑to‑end execution, governance, and optimisation of pricing and trade‑promotion activities. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and customers, the role ensures accurate promotional pricing, contract administration, trade compliance and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute pricing activities across the TPM lifecycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Set up, review and maintain promotional pricing, trade allowances, rebates and customer‑specific deals.
• Validate pricing inputs for promotional events, contracts and claims.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies, identify root causes and support timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to approved pricing strategies, trade terms and governance standards.
• Draft, review and submit trade‑promotion contracts for QC verification.
• Maintain promotional calendars and update relevant systems (TPM tools, Sales Planner, customer portals, SAP/ERP).
• Support claim‑related checks and trade‑spend validations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering (BE/BTech).
• Master’s degree preferred.
