About the role
The Assistant Manager will lead the risk and fraud management function for the Payments acquiring QR business of Bajaj Finance Limited. You will oversee the full lifecycle from merchant onboarding risk assessment to transaction monitoring and portfolio oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end risk and fraud management for the QR acquiring business.
- Conduct onboarding checks, daily transaction monitoring and portfolio reviews.
- Investigate risk‑triggered cases, verify business data, and take timely actions such as merchant deactivation or reactivation.
- Update systems with actions taken and prepare daily, weekly and monthly trend reports.
- Collaborate with business, operations and data teams to refine processes and implement new controls.
Required profile
- Graduate or post‑graduate degree.
- 1‑2 years of experience in NBFC or banking, preferably in calling or document verification.
- Good understanding of payment business operations.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Salesforce (SFDC) familiarity
