Assistant Manager – Projects (Substations)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Projects (SS) will oversee the construction of substations, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines and quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, this role acts as the primary liaison between Resonia and subcontractors on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Drive substation construction activities, monitoring progress against the approved schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) requirements throughout execution.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, guaranteeing their work meets scope, quality, and safety standards.
• Report construction status, risks, and corrective actions to senior management.
• Maintain documentation and records related to construction progress and QEHS compliance.

• Innovative thinking and ability to propose process improvements.
• Understanding of financial, operational, people, and strategic aspects of project delivery.
