About the role
Sarjan Architects & Project Consultants is seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join their team in Surat. The role focuses on estimation, quantity surveying and preparation of tender documents for construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of detailed estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs
- Quantity calculations and rate analysis
- Preparation and checking of tender documents
- Reviewing measurements, contractor bills and project quantities
- Coordination with architects, consultants and contractors
Required profile
- Civil Engineering degree or diploma
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying and BOQ preparation
- Experience in government projects or tenders preferred
- Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications and rates
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
