Assistant Manager, Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive professional to support general project management, vendor coordination, and facilities and GRC‑related operations. The role focuses on planning, prioritizing, and tracking projects while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and track projects through clearly defined activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely execution.
• Manage vendor performance and support facilities and lease‑management activities.
• Oversee command‑centre activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify operational issues, coordinate resolution, and follow through to closure.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in general project management, PMO, operations, or vendor management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to break projects into activity‑level tasks and track them to completion.
• Graduate with a strong educational background; technical facilities or IT project‑management experience not mandatory.
• Based in Bangalore, comfortable with a hybrid work model and mid‑shift schedule, and available to join immediately.
