Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team. The role focuses on driving high‑quality traffic, conversions and revenue across Nykaa’s online platforms through Google and Meta advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
• Build full‑funnel paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to attract relevant traffic.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust budgets for maximum efficiency.
• A/B test creatives, ad copy and audience segments for continuous improvement.
• Produce performance reports with actionable insights using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and Meta Insights.
• Collaborate with creative, product and category teams to ensure consistent marketing messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing Google and Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency in campaign setup, optimisation and reporting on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments and managing stakeholders.
• Experience with affiliate management or strategic partnerships is a plus.
