Assistant Manager – Media Marketing

About the role

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to lead its media marketing initiatives. You will shape the global business media strategy, drive content across multiple platforms, and support the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Business Media strategy covering social media, SEO and GEO targeting.
• Align and coordinate media activities across central, business and country units.
• Act as an internal enabler, advising business units on social media and SEO best practices.
• Monitor platform trends and emerging technologies such as LinkedIn, AI and GEO tools.
• Support trade‑fair campaign planning, manage content calendars and planning tools.
• Oversee content creation and publishing on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter) and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate the phase‑out of Percolate and rollout of a new publishing platform.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units.
