Assistant Manager – Marketing (International Asia Region)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support Godrej International’s Asia region, driving trade‑marketing initiatives and new product launches across multiple markets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver demand‑generation campaigns, manage budgets and ensure high‑impact execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project and network management for new product launches, SKU/variant introductions and packaging changes, providing artwork support as needed.
• Plan and execute trade‑marketing initiatives independently for the assigned region.
• Maintain and monitor trade‑marketing budgets on a country‑wise basis.
• Drive demand‑generation activities for various brands across markets.
• Deploy media campaigns, ensure creative asset readiness and report performance to optimise future spend.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and activate sampling, consumer activation and related programs.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors, both within and outside India, to adapt communication assets, POSM and activations.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, growth opportunities and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Management (Marketing) from a recognised institute.
• 4‑6 years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Understanding of MT & GT standalone business models.
• International marketing exposure and e‑commerce knowledge are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder‑influence skills, adaptability and result‑orientation.
• Willingness to travel extensively and possess valid travel documents.
