About the role
The Assistant Manager – Marketing Communications will support the hotel’s marketing department by aligning activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures the department runs efficiently while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy.
- Manage advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral to boost the hotel’s visibility locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Track performance of campaigns and adjust tactics to meet marketing objectives.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Communications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing Communications role, or 1 year as an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager.
- Strong problem‑solving, writing, administrative, and public‑relations abilities.
