Assistant Manager - Industry & Infra Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Industry & Infra Sales will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth of Construction Systems products within the industrial and infrastructure client segment. The role focuses on expanding Fosroc’s market share, achieving sales targets, and delivering technical solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve assigned sales, margin and collection budgets through a technical selling approach.
• Identify new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers by regularly updating the sales funnel.
• Conduct site mock‑ups and prepare techno‑commercial proposals, leveraging support from the Regional Technical Service Manager.
• Support existing applicators and recruit new applicators to broaden project reach.
• Collaborate closely with PSM and Specification teams to maximise sales opportunities on major projects, maintaining a Project Monitoring Chart.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide finance with necessary inputs for issuing debit/credit notes to ensure invoices are fully paid and reconciled.
• Implement launch actions as directed by Marketing in consultation with the Line Manager.
