Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Train new team members and support ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, performance metrics, and guest feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
• Strong team leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
