Assistant Manager – Digital Supply Chain Specialist (Customer Service & Logistics)

About the role

As a Digital Supply Chain Specialist you will join Bosch Mobility Aftermarket’s modern, customer‑centric support hub. The position blends hands‑on customer service, end‑to‑end process execution and digital enablement to deliver high‑quality service across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct support to customers and internal logistics teams, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
• Execute and monitor supply‑chain processes, driving automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with process experts, cross‑functional partners and AI‑driven tools to enhance response quality and operational efficiency.
• Analyse performance data, identify bottlenecks and propose digital solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics or Business Administration is preferred.
• 5–9 years of professional experience in customer‑focused supply chain, logistics or aftermarket support.
• Strong customer‑first mindset, attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
• Proven ability to work in an AI‑driven, data‑rich environment and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience in process automation and structured problem‑solving.
• Understanding of supply‑chain and logistics workflows.
