About the role
The position is responsible for driving sales and project management activities for Bosch Power Solutions in Pune. The role ensures timely execution of system and component projects, monitors financial performance, and acts as a bridge between customers, engineering, and logistics to secure new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Execute system/component project activities after acquisition following the standard project management process.
- Maintain and update project status using the Open Point List and present progress at A and B panel review meetings.
- Escalate project or customer‑specific issues to the leadership team for timely intervention.
- Implement R&D cost tracking, special earnings, and ensure budget utilization aligns with target business plans.
- Monitor product cost, pricing, volume, and overall project budget.
- Support resolution of customer field issues and participate in internal QMM audits.
- Coordinate handover to the logistics team for series supply management.
