About the role

The Assistant Manager Community Mobilization will support project activities by designing and executing community engagement plans. This role serves as the bridge between project teams and local stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement community mobilization plans aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and meetings with local communities.
• Act as liaison between the project team and community stakeholders.
• Identify key stakeholders and maintain communication channels.
• Address community concerns, grievances, and feedback in coordination with project teams.
• Track community engagement activities and document participation.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting interactions, challenges, and recommendations.
• Support monitoring of social impact and compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Assist in training programs on water management and sanitation awareness.
• Support knowledge‑transfer initiatives to ensure sustainable project outcomes.
