Assistant Manager – Business Loans (Indirect)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Business Loans (Indirect) will support Bajaj Finance Ltd. in driving loan volume across multiple channels, including cashiers, call centres and digital platforms. The role combines system enhancement, operational support and performance monitoring to ensure smooth loan processing and achievement of business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate system enhancements, design, development, testing and rollout with COE, IT, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Deliver loan volume from service channels (cashier, call centre) and new digital channels such as CIBIL watch.
• Provide daily system and process support to the sales team and prepare business MIS reports.
• Calculate and roll out monthly incentives, contests and offer allocations for sales and call centre teams.
• Liaise with HR for activities like rewards & recognition, promotions, internal job postings and performance reviews.
• Track on‑roll and off‑roll headcount, productivity and manage vendor onboarding and payouts.
• Collaborate with the Risk team on offer generation and policy changes.
• Conduct training sessions (classroom and over the phone) for new product or process enhancements.
• Prepare inputs for senior management reporting, LRS and AOP decks.

• Effective communicator with strong relationship‑management abilities across all business levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on timely resolution of system issues and process improvements.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data and generating accurate reports.
