Assistant Manager – Business Analyst

About the role

As an Assistant Manager – Business Analyst at Bosch's Bannikuppe plant, you will support business planning, cost management and data coordination across functions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, cost performance and data integrity in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in finalising the Business Plan, current forecasts, MBR, LtPC and LtPM on a product‑wise basis to meet BU/IPN targets.
• Organise and coordinate information across functions to administer cost performance and evaluate cost‑saving projects.
• Certify savings, steer value‑stream and support functions for early realisation, updating the mY‑Measures tool during forecast processes.
• Maintain the SAP database (accounting, costing and key views) to enable accurate cost roll‑up and reporting.

Required profile

• Graduation in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Experience in cost analysis, business planning or data management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a lean, agile setting.
